The Office of Academic Affairs

Under the leadership of Provost Mary Jones, Ph.D., the Office of Academic Affairs coordinates and supports the work of all the academic programs of Southern Nazarene University. This includes all traditional academic departments and schools led by the Vice Provost and Dean, Undergraduate College, Martha Banz, Ph.D.; all undergraduate degree-completion programs and all graduate programs led by the Vice Provost and Dean, Graduate and Professional Studies, Davis Berryman, Ph.D.; and the administration of accreditation, assessment, and affiliated academic areas such as the Learning Resource Center and the Academic Center for Excellence by Vice Provost for Academic Administration Gwen Ladd Hackler, Ph.D.

Academic Affairs relates directly to the mission of SNU to educate students for responsible Christian living within the contexts of the liberal arts, selected professional and graduate studies, a Wesleyan-holiness theological perspective, and a cross-cultural community life.
