Admission Requirements

The program admission requirements are:

1. Prerequisites

  • A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university in any field.
  •  Competency in computer applications must be established through approved coursework, documented training or experience.

2. Be admitted to Graduate Studies. Admission requires the following items:

  • Application for Admission, accompanied by the $35.00 Admission Fee. Please do not use the University's on-line application procedure. To request an Information/Application Packet, please call (405) 491-6358.
  • Transcripts documenting coursework from all colleges and universities attended mailed to SNU. (SNU graduates need not request the SNU transcript.) International students may utilize Certificates of Completion.
  • A current Resume' submitted as a Word e-mail attachment sent to gsm@snu.edu.
  • An official test score from the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) (taken within the past five years) may be submitted prior to entering the program or the student may take the Southern Nazarene University Quantitative and Writing Test (QWT) in place of the GMAT. One of these tests must be taken prior to the student's Organizational Meeting. The $150.00 Registration Fee is due upon taking the QWT or, for those having GMAT scores, one week prior to the Organizational Meeting.
  • A minimum TOEFL score of 550 (written) or 213 (computer) is required for an international student born outside the U.S., other than Canada, the U.K., Australia or New Zealand. The TOEFL exam is waived if the student has a Bachelor's degree earned from a regionally-accredited college or university in the U.S.

Note: A maximum of six Graduate credits earned from other institutions may be substituted for program coursework at the Program Director's discretion.
