Students interested in SNU’s McNair Program must meet the following criteria:

At least Sophomore Status

Minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average 1

First-generation / low-income or from groups traditionally underrepresented in graduate education (Black, Hispanic, American Indian / Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander)
1 GPAs of less than 3.0 may be considered as space allows.
Students interested in SNU’s McNair Program must submit the following to LRC #331
- Completed typed or printed application form
- Statement of Purpose
- Faculty recommendations
