Students participating in Commencement will not receive a diploma at the Commencement ceremony. Following the processing of semester grades, graduates will receive diplomas within two weeks of Commencement exercises from the Office of the Registrar. Diplomas will be sent by mail to the address specified by the student at the time caps and gowns are claimed. For students who have not completed all their degree requirements before Commencement exercises, transcripts will not reflect the date of the student's participation in Commencement, but rather the graduation date that falls closest after the completion of all requirements.
