Dear Uncle Snerdly,
I have an opportunity to go to Sabinas and Monclova in the Mexican state of Coahuila for a construction/medical/evangelism project during the Christmas break. The Work and Witness team is sponsored by Southern Nazarene University. People will be coming from all over the south central United States to participate.

I've been praying about going. I feel like this would be in the Lord's will for me. It will be a dream come true if I can come up with the money to participate.

The group will leave Oklahoma City on Dec. 27. We will:

- Help some Coahuila congregations complete their unfinished church buildings
- Do medical work in the poorest sections of Coahuila
-Evangelize children and young people in VBS programs

Last year, some people came to know Jesus at the dedication of a building the SNU team built. Two years ago, the medical part of the team treated 500 patients in four days! Three Mexican young men who have helped the team in the past are now enrolled in SNU. I know God is going to accomplish some great things through us this year.

Could I enlist you as a prayer partner? The trip costs about $509, plus travel to Laredo, Texas. Where will I get that money? I don't know. Will you join me in praying that it will be provided? Just thirty people feeling led by God to give $25 each would make it possible. It will take a miracle and I believe in a miracle-working God.

Should He lay it on your heart to help me, I would be grateful. I want to be a part of taking Jesus to Coahuila. Our biggest need, however, is not money, but prayer support. Please be one of my prayer partners.
