  • Two New Foals

The first two foals of the season hit the ground within a week of each other at the SNU horse ranch recently.  The dun mare, Annies Lil Dunnit, who was in foal to SNU's cutting stallion Doc O Daniel, had a filly on Saturday, March 7.  The foal appears to be a bay, with a heavy concentration of grey in it's coat.  The only marking that appears on the filly right now is a single star on her forehead.  The second foal was by the same stallion, Doc O Daniel, and out of the palomino mare, Ms Quixote Colonel, born on Friday, March 13.  This foal is also a bay with a large star on it's forehead, and is the first stud colt of Doc O Daniel's get.  Pictures of both foals are available on this website at this URL-----http://www.snu.edu/foals
