Nominations for Alumni awards may be made by letter or e-mail
to the SNU Alumni Office, and should include the following information:
- Name of nominee
- Address of nominee
- Suggested award for nominee
- Professional history of the nominee (resume or vitae acceptable)
- Additional information regarding involvement in church, community or family
- Brief statement in support of your nominee as it relates to the award
criteria
- Your name, address, phone and e-mail for further contact
