Nominations for Alumni Awards

Nominations for Alumni awards may be made by letter or e-mail to the SNU Alumni Office, and should include the following information:

  • Name of nominee
  • Address of nominee
  • Suggested award for nominee
  • Professional history of the nominee (resume or vitae acceptable)
  • Additional information regarding involvement in church, community or family
  • Brief statement in support of your nominee as it relates to the award criteria
  • Your name, address, phone and e-mail for further contact
