Biography

Kim Rosfeld serves as the director of the McNair Scholars Program at Southern Nazarene University. She has earned a PhD in Curriculum and Teaching, a Masters in Music, and a Bachelors of Music Education. She is a passionate advocate for student success and has a decade of experience advocating for first-generation, low-income and underrepresented students. Her research interests include first-generation college success and building supportive systems for students. She currently serves as the Secretary for the McNair Association of Professionals.
