[Bethany, Okla.] - Southern Nazarene University (SNU) is pleased to announce a new business partnership with Edmond 911 aimed at expanding educational opportunities for Edmond 911 employees through SNU’s Professional & Graduate Studies programs.
Spearheaded by Dr. Emir A. Ruiz Esparza, Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs for Professional and Graduate Studies at SNU, the partnership is designed to help Edmond 911 employees more easily pursue higher education while continuing to serve their community.
Through the partnership, Edmond 911 employees are eligible to receive the SNU Tuition Advantage Benefit, which provides a $49-per-credit-hour discount toward any of SNU’s Professional & Graduate Studies programs. Employees may also have the opportunity to receive college credit for previously completed professional training, including Dispatcher II and Advanced Dispatcher II certifications, helping accelerate progress toward a bachelor’s degree.
