Southern Nazarene University Expands Transfer Pathways with $1,000 Scholarship and Transparent Pricing

Bethany, OK – Southern Nazarene University (SNU) is expanding access to affordable education with a new $1,000 transfer scholarship for students from partner community colleges. The initiative supports students who have completed a two-year degree and are ready to finish their bachelor’s degree.

The scholarship is available to students transferring from:

  • Redlands Community College
  • Rose State College
  • Oklahoma State University - Oklahoma City
  • Tulsa Community College
  • Muskogee Nation (agreement pending finalization)

“This initiative is rooted in our commitment to access and educational opportunity,” said Dr. Melissa Lewis, Vice President for Academic Affairs, SNU Professional and Graduate Studies. “We believe in supporting individuals on their unique learning journey. These partnerships establish clear, attainable pathways for students to complete their bachelor’s degrees and step confidently into their future.”

SNU’s transfer-friendly programs are designed for traditional students and working adults, with evening, daytime, and fully online formats that honor previously earned credits. Students can earn their bachelor’s degree while receiving dedicated support every step of the way.
