“As a former Army Ranger and Special Forces Sergeant, I know how important it is to have a clear path forward. SNU helped me turn my military experience and transfer credits into real progress—first with my Organizational Leadership degree, then my MBA, and now I’m pursuing a doctorate. They didn’t just check boxes—they walked with me every step of the way.”

Earned Credit Should Work for You
If you’ve completed college-level courses through Sophia, a previous college, or military education or training courses, don’t let them go to waste. Whether you’re advancing in your rank, participating in ROTC, or fulfilling your military duty obligations, Southern Nazarene University offers a streamlined process to evaluate and transcribe your credits — and help you move forward, faster.
Credit Transcription
SNU will carefully evaluate your Sophia coursework, any military education/training courses, or other accredited college credits, transcribe all eligible credits onto an official SNU transcript, and walk you through your next steps toward enrollment. You’ll also receive personalized guidance on military education benefits, tuition assistance, and ROTC opportunities. Our experienced team is here to make the process smooth and straightforward — so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and momentum.
Tools for Success
No matter your military path — officer or enlisted, active duty or in the Reserves/National Guard — transcribing your credits and enrolling at SNU equips you with the academic foundation and support you need to advance. You'll gain a clear, accredited transcript, access to flexible degree programs, and the education credentials that can open doors to promotion, commissioning, or specialized roles.
