SNU is announcing our second Storm the Road tour with Alumni & Friends.

Join us May 4th-9th, 2026, for our Storm The Road “Travel Through Genesis” tour from Bethany, OK, to the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum. Walk through a life-size replica of Noah’s Ark and explore cutting-edge exhibits that bring the Bible to life. At the Creation Museum, dive into the wonders of God’s creation through interactive displays, stunning gardens, and planetarium shows. This is more than a road trip—it’s a faith-building adventure you’ll treasure forever!

The wonderful itinerary we have planned for this 2026 trip includes the following:
*subject to change

Day 1: Travel Day

We leave SNU for our “Travel Through Genesis” tour. As we make our way to our overnight stay near St. Louis, we make needed rest stops to eat and stretch our legs.

Day 2: St. Louis Gateway Arch & Louisville Slugger Museum

Rising 630 feet above the Mississippi River, the Gateway Arch is the tallest monument in the United States. A short tram ride takes you to the top of the arch, where you’ll enjoy panoramic views of downtown St. Louis and the riverfront. We then make our way to Louisville, KY, for the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory. The Museum features engaging exhibits, including the chance to hold bats used by baseball greats like Babe Ruth and Derek Jeter. We then make our way to our three-night stay near the Ark Encounter.

Day 3: Ark Encounter

The Ark Encounter is a one-of-a-kind, life-sized replica of Noah’s Ark, built to the dimensions given in the Bible: 510 feet long, 85 feet wide, and 51 feet high. This massive wooden structure offers an immersive experience that brings the Genesis flood narrative to life. Guests walk through three decks filled with interactive exhibits, beautifully crafted animal models, and detailed displays explaining how Noah and his family might have lived and cared for the animals aboard.

Day 4: Creation Museum

The Creation Museum presents a biblical perspective on the origins of life and the universe. The museum features nearly 150 exhibits, including animatronic dinosaurs, life-sized biblical characters, and a chronological walk-through of biblical history. The museum's beautifully landscaped botanical gardens provide a serene environment for reflection and exploration.

Day 5: Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial and Missouri Botanical Garden

As we start making our way back to the campus of SNU, we will stop at scenic stops and rest areas like Abraham Lincoln’s Boyhood National Memorial and the Missouri Botanical Garden.

Day 6: Travel Day

This is our last day as we travel back to the campus of SNU. We will enjoy our final moments and reflect on our amazing journey as we stop for delicious meals and scenic rest stops.
