Biography

Dr. Rodin has taught at SNU since 2015. He offers courses in international relations, comparative politics, and American politics. These include Modern Presidential Elections, Nuclear Weapons, Sports and Politics, East Asian Politics, and many others. He is the advisor for the History, Politics, & Law Department's many clubs, including the Pre-Law Club and the school's delegation of the Oklahoma Intercollegiate Legislature.

Dr. Rodin's research focuses on the intersection of climate change and great power conflict. Climate change is reshaping the planet and steering international relations in ways that contemporary theory fails to account for. His drive in this research is not only build theory but to also fulfill his call as a Christian to be a peacemaker and take care of God's good creation.

Outside of school, Dr. Rodin enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa and his two sons Logan and Donovan. He watches entirely too much baseball and also enjoys running.
