Dave is also the visionary for the international church-planting movement NewThing and president of the Exponential Conference.

Daryl Cripe has served in the healthcare and entertainment industries. After accepting Christ, he began serving in the church, eventually serving on the executive leadership teams of three large, missionally-focused churches. After a decade of church leadership, Daryl discovered his passion was not “a” church but “the” church. Now, for the past 13 years, Daryl, serving as part of the lead team at Amplio.Group has partnered with hundreds of churches across the U.S., Canada, Austria, Germany, the UK, Greece, & Turkey, facilitating leaders in the development of missional visioning & strategic planning, development of evangelism and discipleship pathways, vision-driven fundraising, pastoral retreats, volunteer development, conflict resolution, & leadership development.

Goose Ramos is a dedicated husband, father, and student ministry veteran with a deep passion for guiding the next generation. Serving 25 years as a youth pastor, Goose has remained focused on helping young people discover their identity in Christ and grow in their faith. His ministry is marked by authenticity, relational depth, and a steadfast dedication to God’s calling.
