Abby Cabello is the Development Director at Branch15, where she leads relationship-building, strategic partnerships, and fundraising events that fuel life-changing work for women and children overcoming crises. With over a decade of experience in development and marketing, Abby is passionate about connecting people to purpose and creating opportunities that drive meaningful, lasting impact.

Her journey into nonprofit work was shaped by a deep desire to live out her faith in a tangible way—walking alongside others, praying with and for her community, and being part of real transformation up close. Through many seasons in her own life, Abby has developed a perspective rooted in love over judgment, which now fuels her mission to bring hope to those who need it most.

Abby believes deeply in the power of proximity—that when people are truly seen, known, and loved, healing begins. She has witnessed firsthand how walking alongside someone in their hardest moments can lead to restoration, sustainability, and a deeper understanding of God’s love. She has served on the NW OKC Chamber Board, chaired the Newcastle Chamber Board of Directors, and is a graduate of Leadership NW. Above all, Abby is a mom, a coffee lover, and a woman of faith who considers her relationship with the Lord her greatest source of strength and guidance.
