December's guest speaker is Mr. Chase Parsons, Lead Pastor of Kingdom City Church and Executive Director of the OKC Dream Center
Chase Parsons is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the OKC Dream Center, a faith-based nonprofit in Oklahoma City dedicated to serving residents facing poverty through food assistance, community resources, youth programs, and a men’s transitional living program. He also serves as Lead Pastor of Kingdom City Church, where he leads alongside his wife, Esther.
Raised in Fairview, Oklahoma, Chase grew up in a family deeply committed to missions and church ministry. He first sensed a call to ministry as a student and later became active in Chi Alpha Campus Ministry while earning his sociology and economics degree from the University of Oklahoma.
A defining moment came in 2004 when Chase unexpectedly lost both of his parents only months apart. This season shaped his lifelong reliance on faith and strengthened his commitment to serving others.
The vision for the OKC Dream Center began in 2007 after hearing Pastor Matthew Barnett speak about the LA Dream Center. Inspired, Chase partnered with Trevor Clark and Chance Stinnett to establish the OKC Dream Center in 2010. In the years that followed, he developed a strong partnership with Inner City Church, where the Dream Center’s outreach efforts grew and flourished.
Chase became both Lead Pastor and Executive Director in 2021, guiding Kingdom City Church and the Dream Center into a new chapter of growth. Under his leadership, programs have expanded, including the reopening of the men’s transitional living facility with additional capacity following storm damage.
Today, Chase continues his work in Oklahoma City with a clear mission — to offer hope, strengthen families, and support lasting life change across the community.
