PRIORITY ENROLLMENT EVENT

Storm Surge is a priority enrollment event held in April, May, and June for incoming freshmen and transfer students. You are encouraged to bring a parent or other adult for specialized sessions addressing financial aid and payment plans, residential life, advising information, ministry opportunities, and more.

Friday, June 24th 

At Storm Surge, you will:

  1. Select fall-semester classes with an academic advisor
  2. Receive your Student ID
  3. Complete a residential-housing contract (if applicable)
  4. Get information about financial aid & monthly payment plans
  5. Discover important information about New Student Institute (NSI)

Saturday, June 24th

8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Registration Deadline is June 19th

Your Storm Surge registration will not be finalized until the following items have been completed:  

  1. Apply to SNU
  2. Submit your ACT or SAT test scores and official high school transcript
  3. Receive acceptance to SNU
  4. Pay the $150 registration deposit
  5. File the FAFSA OR submit this form if you don’t plan to file the FAFSA   

Storm Surge registration will close two weeks before the event, or when maximum capacity is reached.

All Storm Surge events begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at approximately 12:00 p.m.

Registration will be confirmed after you have been accepted to SNU and have paid your $150 deposit.
