Sign Up for Spring Admissions Events

If you are a student (or you know a student) looking for the right college fit, consider checking out what SNU has in store for you! With several preview events this spring, here is our personal invitation to come to campus and see why SNU is the place to be. These events provide clarity, comradery, and community.

The closest upcoming event is a Kinesiology Visit Day on March 1st, from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Join us for insight into the SNU’s Kinesiology Department featuring Pre-Physical Therapy, Pre-Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Pre-Athletic Training, Physical Education, and Sport Management. Get to know faculty, learn more about the academic programs, and see firsthand how professors engage with students. You’ll experience hands-on learning and understand how you fit into the SNU School of Kinesiology. This event is limited to 40 students and is only open to high school juniors and seniors. Click here to register today! Sign ups close Monday, February 26th.

Another fantastic event in March is Admitted Students Day on Tuesday, March 26th, from 8:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. You’ve applied, been admitted, and now you are deciding. Take one final look at SNU by joining us on campus for a day-in-the-life of a student. Attend a class, go to chapel, have lunch in SNU Dining, and get the answers to your questions once and for all. You may be leaning more toward attending another school. Why not take one last look before you decide? Bring a parent or a mentor, whoever is helping you make your decision. Registration opens February 27th! See the Admitted Students Day page for more information.

If you didn’t make it to Admitted Students Day in March, don’t fret! Another Admitted Students Day is on Thursday, April 4th, from 8:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Registration for this event also opens on February 27th! See the Admitted Students Day page for more information.

April will finish strong with Science Scholars Day on Friday, April 5, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Division of Science and Math invites prospective students who are high school juniors or seniors to attend Science Scholars Day. Outstanding participants may win merit scholarships consisting of partial tuition awards of $500 – $2,500 per year ($2,000 – $10,000 total over four years, provided the recipient persists in a major in one of the disciplines in the Division of Science and Math). These scholarships are in addition to the standard ACT/GPA scholarship you receive through the SNU Scholarship generator. Candidates should have a strong interest in majoring in a Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Environmental Science, or Math field (including pre-med, pre-pharmacy, and other pre-health professions) and an ACT Math 21 or SAT Math 530 or higher. For additional information on how to apply to attend Science Scholars, please visit the Science Scholars page.

Wrapping up the busy Spring semester are three priority enrollment events. These priority enrollment events (FKA Storm Surges) happen in April, May, and June for incoming freshman and transfer students. We strongly encourage students to bring a parent or other adult for these specialized sessions. **Your priority enrollment registration will not be finalized until the following items have been completed:

For more information, please visit the Priority Enrollment page. The first priority enrollment event is April 13th. If you can’t make it to this date, don’t worry! The event is offered again on May 4th, and June 21st. We hope to see you at one of these three events!

All spring events are on the Bethany Campus: Southern Nazarene University 6729 NW 39th Expy, Bethany, OK, United States. We hope to see you at these events this semester!
